About Nazanin Afshin-Jam
Born in Tehran during the turmoil of the Iranian Revolution in 1979, Nazanin’s family was forced to leave all their worldly possessions behind and flea to freedom, when her father had been jailed and tortured by the Revolutionary Guard under the new regime.
